Welcome to Montpelier Dental Care - COVID-19 Update Below

***COVID-19 - UPDATE 30/03/2020***

In light of the current situation regarding the COVID-19 virus, the practice has taken the decision to close to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. We will no longer be offering routine dental appointments as of Wednesday 25th March 2020, and are contacting all of our patients with appointments booked to reschedule for a later date.

We have been advised by NHS England and Public Health England to limit our service to telephone appointments only. If you are suffering from severe pain, swelling or trauma please contact our reception team on 01273 733901, for further guidance and advice. We are unfortunately not permitted to see ANY patients face-to face.

I would like to thank all of our staff and patients for their support during this difficult period, and assurance we will continue to offer the best service possible to those patients in need over the coming months.

Charlotte Robertson (Practice Manager)

Montpelier Dental Care

From preventiative care to tooth replacement, we recognise that each patient has their own individual dental needs. As caring health professionals we have a duty and a desire to create a positive relationship between each individual patient and our highly skilled dental team.

We strive to create an environment in which every patient is fully informed about their dental health, and in which they feel comfortable enough with the team to discuss any aspect of their care.

We strongly believe that dental care should be patient centred with a strong focus on prevention and minimally invasive treatment. We aim for our patients to find trust in our care and appreciate our intuative, gentle touch.

"I cannot begin to explain how nice the dentist is and how much of a professional and comforting dental team they are. They boosted my confidence and made me feel so welcome and good about it all even though I was practically on the doorstep ready to bolt! I have just had two teeth extracted and two fillings with my dentist and I have completely changed my view on the whole dentist situation. 5  stars in every department!."

Our range of treatments

  • Preventative and Routine Dentistry

Regular examinations or check ups help us to diagnose problems early, and deliver necessary treatment as quickly as possible.

We also provide advice on how to look after your mouth and teeth and take time to answer any questions or worries that you may have. Patients often ask how frequently they should attend for check up appointments.

  • Cosmetic Orthodontics

We understand that having misaligned or crowded teeth can affect the way you feel about your smile. Here at Montpelier we offer a number of different cosmetic orthodontic treatment to help you achieve the smile you’ve always wanted.

Dr Joshi uses the Invisalign system where a series of clear retainers are worn to slowly move the teeth into the desired position. The retainers are easy to wear and discreet.

  • Sedation

Many people become anxious about visiting the dentist, and for some this can make dental treatment very difficult. At Montpelier Dental Care we are able to offer conscious sedation to patients who are unable to tolerate treatment whilst awake.

Our sedationist works alongside our dentists to provide sedation services at the practice, ensuring patients are comfortable and relaxed during their treatment, with some even falling asleep and remembering very little afterwards.

  • Implants

Implantology is an advanced dental procedure to replace a single missing tooth or multiple missing teeth.Implants are a popular choice for those patients who are looking for an alternative to a denture. It is important to know that once an implant is placed it can support future dental appliances such as bridges. Once the implant has been placed it will look and function like natural teeth.

  • Cosmetic Dentistry

At Montpelier Dental Care we know how important it is to be happy and confident with your smile. This is why all of our dentists are able to provide cosmetic treatment to improve the appearance of your teeth.

The treatments we offer vary in complexity from simple whitening to give you a brighter smile, to full smile makeovers which can change the shape and appearance of teeth.
